Q. How long is it?
A. About 50 minutes. Please allow 45–60 minutes depending on group size and questions. We finish at the scheduled end time.
Q. Is the session private?
A. Yes. All sessions are private for your group. Capacity 2–6 guests. ¥8,000 per person; Solo ¥10,000. For more, please ask.
Q. Is the experience in English?
A. Yes—clear, slow English throughout.
Q. Can children join?
A. Yes—with guardians. We use hot water and fragile utensils; please supervise at all times.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Casual is fine. Light-colored socks are recommended.
Q. Can we take photos?
A. Yes—after the demonstration, we set time for photos.
Q. Arrival & lateness?
A. Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you’re 15+ minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled (no refund). If delayed, please contact us.
Q. How can I make a reservation?
A. Reservations are completed through our official booking site.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment and booking process are completed on the reservation site. Inquiries by email do not confirm your booking.
Q. Payment & cancellation?
A. Card payment at booking (card only). Cancellation: 20% the day before / 100% on the day.
